An Airman Leadership School (ALS) is the first school in the Cadet Training and Education Program (CTEP). ALS is for all airman (Cadet Airman Basic to Cadet Senior Airman). The class focuses on helping new cadets to get more comfortable with Drill and Ceremonies, Customs and Courtesies, Uniforms, and other Civil Air Patrol informatoin that is helpful to a new cadet. The class prepares cadets for upcoming encampments and lets them begin networking with other cadets in the wing. They will get hands on instruction and learn a lot in a short period of time.
FAQs
Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
The ALS has no age limit, but cadets attending do need to have their CAP ID when they sign in.
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
Transportation is up to you and your squadron. You may find a way onto a van that is coming from your area, but it is up to you.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No, but you may want to just in case. It proves that you have it.
What is the refund policy?
You can receive a full refund until a week before the event.
The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
We would prefer for the name on the ticket to match the name coming to the activity. Thank you.
